Restaurants in Peyia

Many holidaymakers coming to Peyia, ask us if there is anywhere to eat in our village. The problem we’ve got is, there are TOO many places to eat! We are spoilt for choice!

I’m just looking out from the window of our office and can see:

  • An Indian takeaway
  • A Chinese takeaway
  • A fish and chips takeaway
  • A Bakery
  • The Brewery bar: lovely lunches and great outdoor seating area

Further up the hill are:

  • the Mediterranean café and mosaic museum
  • Savvas Grill (great fun dancing and Cypriot fun twice per week plus takeaway)
  • The Jail: local stone built “real” pub
  • Le Grande: lovely courtyard, evenings only café bar with good food, great atmosphere and run by a wonderful family
  • Peyia Bakery (more yummy)

Then, further up the hill

  • Alex bar
  • Vrissi café bar
  • Fitos takeaway (gorgeous food and pizza too)
  • ‘Michaels’ – Peyia Tavern (our favourite, local food place in Peyia)
  • The Mill: stylish café wine bar – but don’t pinch table 14s seats  at the Friday night quiz
  • Cousins tavern: gorgeous roasted vegetable dishes . Set up above the bank and lovely views
  • Plateia greek café: great people. Nice to pop too for a cake and cuppa after shopping at Philippos Supermarket, Peyia

So, we’ve got a few places to relax and enjoy the days, I’d say!
